We at Inverary Resort are very proud to call Baddeck our home. Located in the heart of beautiful Cape Breton Island and is the beginning and...
Whether you own your own sled or looking to rent, this snowmobiling adventure is fun for everyone. Experience a four-day trip around the Cape Breton Highlands while visiting some famous Cape Breton communities. Even after sledding for four days, there’s still so much more left to see!
Start off your adventure in Chéticamp before making your way across the Island to Wreck Cove. On your way, you will find stunning views of various peaks and valleys that make up the Cape Breton Highlands.
Leave Wreck Cove well-rested and ready to hit the trails! Be sure to take in a few stops and views along the way to the village of Baddeck.
Today is the day to put the most kilometres under your tracks. So fuel up your mind, body and sled! Have lunch in Inverness, and explore areas of the Island that many have never seen on your way to Whycocomagh.
As our snowmobiling adventure comes to a close we hope your journey was jam-packed with stops, views, friends and, of course, a stop at the widely loved Charlene’s Bayside Restaurant and Café.
A four-day snowmobiling trip around Cape Breton is a fantastic way to get to know the trails or to spend a weekend with friends. However, trails extend far beyond what is offered in this itinerary. For more information please visit the Snowmobilers Association of Nova Scotia and The Great Trail of Canada.
A special thanks to Clifford Aucoin from Chéticamp for his help in building this itinerary with us.
