Arriving from Scotland in 1828, John Montgomery and his wife planted their roots along the coast of Cape Breton Island, where they farmed the land and fished the waters to provide for their family.
Try locally fished hard shelled lobster, fire planked salmon, local snow crab or AAA strip loin steak.
During the summer season, anchor your ship at the fire pit where you will learn the ropes of planking Atlantic salmon over an open flame. Inside, the rest of the clan is serving up all you can eat mussels, chowder, biscuits. Make sure to save room for one of our house-made desserts!
