Weekly rental of a 2-bedroom eco-friendly solar house. Home on 3 levels, built in 2010, with two full bathrooms, a full kitchen, living room, and large wrap-around deck. Master bedroom loft with queen bed and ensuite bathroom on the third floor. Main floor includes the kitchen, living room, full bathroom, plus walk-out to deck. A second bedroom with a queen bed and single-over-double bunk beds is located on the lower level. Also included are satellite television, wireless Internet, washer, dryer, dishwasher, fridge, gas stove and barbecue.
The house is a four-minute walk to Ingonish Beach (swimming). Also within walking distance are local restaurants and other amenities. Easy access to water for kayaks and canoes – a boat slip is nearby.
The house is adjacent to the Cape Breton Highlands National Park where you can explore the many hiking and biking trails. In the winter you can enjoy skiing and snowshoeing at nearby Cape Smokey The Highland Links Golf Course and Keltic Lodge Resort and Spa are a 5-minute drive away.
The weekly rate includes up to 4 people. The additional per-person rate is $75.00. Minimum 2-night stay during winter season.
A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. It is fully refundable (less $75.00) is you cancel 45 days prior to arrival. It is non-refundable is cancelling less than 45 days prior to arrival. Final payment is required 21 days before arrival.
