About

Get ready to go on a trip, without leaving the Island! Red Farm Field Trip is a new 19+ outdoor music festival just minutes from downtown Sydney. Headlined by Canadian icons Sloan, the soulful Bahamas, and Cape Breton’s own Gordie Sampson, along with Amelie Sampson, Morgan Toney, and a Songwriters’ Circle featuring Gordie Sampson, Bahamas, Dylan Guthro and Jodi Guthro, this is no ordinary field day; it’s a one-night-only summer celebration of music, community, and nostalgia under the stars. Set on the sprawling 400-acre Red Farm property in Sydney River, the festival brings back the feeling of Cape Breton field parties, promising a uniquely local yet destination-worthy experience – a late-night Field Trip to the farm with your friends… no permission slips required! Early bird pricing is available through June 30.
General Admission $49 ($69 after June 30) / VIP $149 ($199 after June 30) | 7pm | 19+
