The Big Wave Summer Festival is a community event. We make a big splash by bringing together locals and tourists. During our popular poker run local lobster fisherman pilot take residents and tourists on a scenic tour down the Bras d’Or Lake, to collect cards for a poker hand. Festival goers gather at the end of the ride to turn in their hands, and enjoy live music and other community supported events, such as food service and baked goods.
