The Celtic Music Interpretive Centre’s Daily Lunch Céilidh showcases authentic traditional music and $15 lunch specials. Donna Marie DeWolfe, of River Tillard, has been playing Cape Breton fiddle music since she was 10 years old and comes from a line of musicians on both sides of her family. Influenced by the vibrant playing of Shelly Campbell, Donald Angus Beaton, and Arthur Muise, Donna Marie is very active playing for ceilidhs and dances around the island and on the mainland. Abigail MacDonald grew up in St. Andrew’s, Antigonish County surrounded by Gaelic music and culture. A Gaelic singer, piano player, highland dancer, and step dancer, Abigail has been part of many community-based Gaelic programs and is a regular performer at ceilidhs, dances, and festivals throughout the province.
