Born in Dublin, Ireland and known as Dublin’s Traveling Troubadour, Fran Doyle came to Canada in 1977 with his band Shades of Green for a six-week tour. They were so well-received they stayed for a year. And then Doyle decided to go solo and now witty, Irish folk singer resides between Nova Scotia and Florida.
