Appetizer: herbed cheese ball lathered in roasted tomato and red pepper sauce; seared Digby scallops with house-made lemon dill sauce presented on a bed of micro greens and flowers; beef bone broth French onion soup with baguette and cheese
Mains: A dish of beef striploin alongside three Digby scallops, finished with a lemon peppercorn glaze. Includes a double-baked potato and fried onions and mushrooms on the side; Seafood jamalaya, scallops, clam, shrimp, lobster, haddock all tossed with garlic chilli tomato marinara, basmati rice and flowers; Southern style BBQ chicken breast, creamy mashed potato and sweet corn
Desserts: Cinnamon roll, blueberry trifle; Peaches and cream; Skor cheesecake

The North Highlands Nordic Ski Club (NHN) was founded in 1977 by a small group of enthusiastic cross country skiers who shared a love of winter and of the splendid scenery in the Northeast Highlands Area of Cape Breton Island, Nova Scotia.
