Join us for a fun night of relaxation and an opportunity to explore your creative side. We are excited to host our second (Thursday June 13) and third (Saturday June 15 – sold out) pottery paint night with Melanie White Ceramics. When signing up you will see two options – a mug priced at $70 and a thumb cup priced at $60. Thumb cups are a round tumbler that Melanie throws on the pottery wheel. After they have been thrown Melanie alters them by pressing her thumb into one side – adding grip and making them ergonomically friendly for your hand. Prior to the workshop all cups will be handmade on the pottery wheel by Melanie. At the event there will be various paint colours and paint brushes available for you to craft your very own one of a kind design. After an introduction to the materials, Melanie will be there to guide you as you unwind, relax, and bring your creative vision to life. Your mug will be ready for you to pick up and enjoy with your favourite drink once it has been glazed and fired in the kiln – approximately two weeks after the workshop.” ___ Guests will receive 10% off products (except consignment items) at The Corner Store. We will also provide a beverage.
