Snowshoes and Skis through Victoria County Active Gear Loan

The Victoria County Active Gear Loan Program, in partnership with Naturally Active Victoria County, Nova Scotia Communities, Culture, Tourism and Heritage, and Cape Breton Regional Library, offers a variety of recreational equipment to library users.

The following equipment is available at Baddeck Public Library:

  • Snowshoes with poles (children’s to adult sizes)
  • Cross-Country Skis, boots, and poles (children’s to adult sizes)
  • Ice Traction Cleats
  • Walking Poles

  • Tuesday – Thursday: 10:00 am – 8:00 pm
  • Friday – Saturday: 10:00 am – 5:00 pm
