Overview
Spend 1.5 – 2 hours in our chocolate-making kitchen during our Introductory Chocolate Truffle Making Workshop!
What you will learn:
- How to make a chocolate martini (drinking it is up to participant!)
- Taste testing chocolate… know your chocolate!
- Make your own truffles – either milk or dark with flavour options.
- A little history of the cocoa bean where tempering chocolate will be discussed
Following your wonderful experience with Penny and Deb in the Chocolate Kitchen at Cabotto Chocolates, each participant will take home:
- A lovely box of your own handmade chocolates
- Recipes for the truffles you have created
- A Cabotto Chocolates Mug
- Certificate for Introductory Truffle Workshop
Max: 4 people per session
